本文主要通过对财务指标分析法和EVA分析法对顺丰财务绩效进行分析，发现总体来说顺丰的财务绩效是正方向的。尤其在上市后，通过资产及业务重组，其盈利能力、偿债能力、营运能力和发展能力都得到了较大的提高。但经过分析发现其仍存在短期偿债能力偏低、应收账款管理较弱、营运成本较高、无形资产投入较低等问题，针对上述问题有针对性提出了拓展融资渠道、加强应收账款管理、降低运营成本、重视无形资产投入等应对措施，希望可以进一步提高了顺丰自身的企业价值，促进股东财富的增加，改善财务绩效得，也为业内其他快递公司发展提供借鉴。
