家信用靠拢。在这一过程中，我国应从建设金融市场、调整国家经济结构及协调美元和人民币之间的关系等方面入手，稳步推进人民币国际化发展进程。而货币当局也应做出相应努力，深化利率市场化程度，快速扭转政策框架方向，与相关财政政策保持步伐一致。唯有如此，我国才能有效避免世界上游资的套利现象，有力应对外部风险，为人民币国际化进程而努力。
5.3 推动金融市场开放，发挥人民币区域化作用
5.3.1推进人民币在“一带一路”沿线地区区域化
对于人民币国际化来说， “一带一路”战略为其提供了不可多得的契机。在促进国家与国家之间的发展时，文化、政治和军事交流是最有效的突破点。除此之外，便是贸易往来方面。在“一带一路”沿线区域，中国企业应积极与海外企业交涉，构建良好的合作关系。鉴于此，应先对基础设施完善引进，更新能源生产和运输方式，为企业合作提供有利条件。在双方达成合作关系后，人民币跨境使用量可想而知，除了人民币分布区域会有所延伸外，人民币使用量也会相对增加。久而久之，人民币便会取得“一带一路”各沿线地区和国家的认可。
“一带一路”战略规划的推进，能够刺激人民币国际化的前进。在“一带一路”战略未提出前，人民币国际化只能以区域为发展范畴。而随着“一带一路”战略的提出，人民币国际化便打开了一条全新的发展路径。对此，我国应营造一个良好的国际环境。对于人民币的使用，个别国家的态度并不是很友好。所以，在与部分国家交涉合作时，中国需要克服一定阻力，甚至是接受不平等条件。在这样的情况下，中国可以直接向外国提出要求让其肯定人民币的法定外币地位，开放人民币兑换。在之前，货币合作是双边关系。而受中国经济发展影响，其渐渐演变成多边关系。在签署合同时，两国应事先约定好人民币享有交易优先使用权，并在合同中注出。除了个别特殊贸易协定外，人民币支持在结算中使用。人民币在取得世纪基金、亚洲投资银行、外国投资基金等部分国际机构的认可后，其发展也更加如鱼得水。长期以来，中国秉承和平发展的理念，而个别中小国家为了阻碍中国发展进步，限制人民币使用。对此，我国应理性看待，保持自我形象。当前，我国借助“一带一路”战略推进的契机，

人民币使用范畴和使用量可以得到进一步拓展。当国际上出现重大事件时，中国政府会在第一时间向其施以援手，同样以使用人民币优先。或者，在推进国际产能合作项目时，也尽可能使用人民币。
5.3.2 拓宽人民币跨境流动渠道并实现人民币良性海外循环
如今，人民币支持多种跨境流动方式，如外商直接投资、跨境贸易、证券投资等均可。然而，人民币跨境流动却依旧受汇率制度和资本项目制约。一个健全的国内金融市场体系，能够显著提高人民币的流动性。随着人民币使用量的增加，监管体系具有一定的存在必要。因为跨境贸易量递增，人民币跨境流动风险也会随之相对提高。而监管体系的引入，能够有效抑制风险。从现阶段人民币流出和流入情况看，两者比重严重失衡，流出量占比较多。对此，本文认为应着手构建流通机制和再循环机制，协同人民币在海外健康循环。
5.3.3 正确处理资本账户开放与人民币国际化之间的关系
对人民币创新机制健全补充，同步建设离岸市场和在岸市场。关注全球投资者融资需求，在对传统跨境业务发展的同时紧抓人民币期货市场。基于金融产品创新，开发推出更多优质的人民币计价金融产品。锁定沿线地区和国家，分点设立人民币清算银行，为他们提供高效人民币结算服务。调动各大金融机构积极参与，最大化发挥自身效用，丰富金融服务类型。并且，针对潜在金融风险，各大金融保险机构应事先做好防控工作，制定有效的应对计划。除此之外，我国应积极倡议各国使用人民币融资结算，不断扩大人民币的使用范畴，潜移默化培植各国对人民币的使用需求，竭力做好人民币的储备和计价工作，提高人民币在国际市场上的话语权。

结 论
“一带一路”战略规划于2013年时正式提出，至此之后我国一直为区域经济一体化发展而努力探索。人民币应抓住这一契机，依托“一带一路”战略规划推进，为自身国际化发展提供源源不断的动力。现阶段，世界货币体系存在一定的缺失。而我国经济发展突飞猛进，且经贸总量在全球占比较大。如此看来，中国是世界经济稳定发展的有力支撑。客观来说，人民币国际化发展和“一带一路”战略规划推进是相辅相成的，它们相互促进。而且，都释放出一个讯息——中国经济开放发展的更近一步。
本文以“一带一路”战略规划推进为背景，探讨人民币国际化发展情况，对现存问题全面排查。同时，制定出相关有利于人民币国际化的发展对策，如金融市场开放、人民币区域化作用发挥、我国经济发展效益提高等等。我国人民币国际化的前行之路还需面临重重考验，且饱经风雨。对此，我国必须咬牙坚持，克服困难，勇往直前，不断突破自我，为人民币国际化的发展进程开创一个全新的明天，让我国在国际上大放异彩。
